Raoul's
Opened in the 1970s by two brothers from Alsace, France, this classic bistro offers a bustling Parisian atmosphere and a serious French menu. With only 12 served at the bar every weekday (unlimited during weekend brunch), you have to be quick to get your hands on Raoul's Burger au Poivre. A 7.5-ounce brisket blend patty is coated in a dense layer of peppercorns and kosher salt, then seared in butter in a pan. Served on a soft challah bun and accompanied with a heavy cream and cognac au poivre sauce, this gourmet French burger is topped with a wedge of triple cream Saint-André cheese and served with a side of sauce and a generous helping of duck fat fries. Ooh la la!
