Another classically trained chef has found his calling in this little BBQ joint in the historic Savannah community of Sandfly. Pitmaster Keith Latture has made a name for himself with pulled pork smoked over a selected mix of pecan and oak wood – but don’t miss his melt in your mouth smoked chicken and juicy brisket. Latture is inspired by the Memphis-style BBQ of his youth – and presents a trio of sauces that encompass Memphis-, Georgia- and South Carolina-styled sauces. We’re huge fans of his side dishes – especially the potato salad.
