Restoran Kean Fatt
Tried Japanese Ramen? Have you tried the Chinese version? Because of its popularity, the wait time for a bowl of pork noodles is rather long at Kean Fatt, but it’s worth it. You can choose your type of noodles: kway teow (translucent thin flat noodles similar to fettuccini), yellow noodles (like spaghetti) or vermicelli (translucent long fine noodles like angel hair pasta). I usually like mine with kway teow or vermicelli. The pork noodle broth is thick, hearty and very flavorful and filled with minced pork, pork slices, crispy pork lard, pork liver and pork intestines. Request to add a half-boiled egg. Mix them together and savor.
