Fluffy and fragrant spiced basmati rice, served with gorgeously grilled tandoori chicken, masala chicken or mutton curry - this biryani is big on flavour and isn't too heavy. The freshly made naans are lovely too. The cook used to be a chef at a fine-dining Northern Indian restaurant.
