Though they like to pride themselves on their ramen, the real star of the lineup are the baos - especially the slow-cooked lamb shoulder with carrot and orange relish and coriander, and the buttermilk-fried ramen chicken with spicy mayo. It's fun, playful and, while not necessarily authentic, a delicious snack to eat before or after a big night out.
