East Cork's Woodside Farm is a regular at markets in and around the city. Always a popular stall, the queues have increased with the introduction of this beauty: Free Range Saddleback Hog Roast, with caramelised Onion, Apple sauce, Ballymaloe relish, Mustard and salad, all contained (almost) in a lovely bap by Pana. The slow cooked meat is magnificent!
