Renowned local chef Ricard Camarena has opened an upscale bar/restaurant smack bang in the middle of Valencia’s beautiful market building. The menu, which changes daily, offers meticulously prepared dishes which range from traditional but creative bocadillos (sandwiches) or stewed tripe, to such tweaked classics such as boquerones (little fish) marinated in ceviche and perfumed with passion fruit.
