It's easy to see why the Yangnyeom Chicken at Surakhan - Bristol's first Korean restaurant - has become one of the venue's signature dishes. Available in two varieties - sweet chilli or garlic and pepper - we prefer the former: deep fried wings with an amazing crunchy, spicy and sweet coating that cracks open to reveal the most perfectly cooked chicken. Seriously good.Also try their Soft Tofu Soup with Seafood. It will blow your head off, but is well worth it! Served with three different salads, a must-try at Bristol's only Korean restaurant.
