We made the pilgrimage to this unassuming restaurant on the corner of St. Ann and North Tonti in January during our North American Awards, when 15 of our Food Experts where blown away by fried chicken complete with a crunchy, glistening golden hue, and a crust that shattered upon contact.

To everybody who visited that day, it was no surprise that this secret recipe chicken was unanimously judged to be tastiest in the world at our global awards in London in June this year.
