Dining at this unpretentious outdoor restaurant, set in the rustic home of chef Jorge León out, seemingly in the middle of nowhere near the airport, is a unique and valuable experience. The chef prepares a tasting menu for lunch or dinner utilizing the best seasonal ingredients he finds in the market. Recipes are based on local Oaxacan traditional fare, but not restricted by it. Reservations are a must.
