Sweet black pudding

Black pudding is either loathed or loved but in Uruguay almost everyone is a fan of it and even better of it’s sweet. Using cow blood as the main ingredient, raisins, orange peel, nuts, almonds and even chocolate served in the stuffing of the sweet black pudding. Every steak house in the country has them but at Parrilla Trouville the “asador” caramelizes them in the barbecue until the mash melts.
