Baltimore takes great pride in its pit beef sandwiches and CHAPS is the best the city has to offer. This hefty sandwich isn't the most complicated, comprised only of pit beef, horseradish sauce, onions, and a bun but don't mistake simplicity with mediocrity because this thing is amazing!
