I was never a fan of sushi, up until 4 months ago. I had a business colleague in that grew up in San Francisco and New York, and is a sushi fanatic. He had read about this place in Salt Lake City, called Takashi, that is not only the best sushi you will find in Utah, but is among one of the best sushi restaurants in the country. He was the perfect sushi evangelist to convert me over to the fold. Takashi has an amazing assortment of rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.
