When in Canada, you must try maple bacon. Not just any maple bacon though, you must try the Belgard Bacon. Thick slices pork belly are marinated and sauced in maple bourbon and maple caramel for the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. It's meant to be shared as a side, but I won't tell if you eat the entire skillet yourself.
