Billed as a fancy outpost for high-end, locally sourced seafood dishes, brunch and artisanal cocktails, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is an upscale restaurant, yet their chicken wings are a staple. Easily in my top three favorite chicken wings in the city, these glorified chicken wings are worth coming for alone. They are sticky, sweet, savory, and ultra-crispy crunchy chicken wings with fish sauce caramel, sambal chilies and pickled vegetables.
