The philosophy behind Executive Chef Pino Posteraro’s food is “Cucina Naturale,” which emphasizes natural cooking. His theory is the classic “let the ingredients speak for themselves.” Highlights range from lobster risotto to melt-in-your-mouth calamari and duck two ways. Prices are on the high end but well worth a special occasion. From the foie gras to the dessert, made with figs from the owner's property, every bite is out of this world.
