If you've never had a Shanghaise soup dumpling aka "xiao long bao" or "XLB" you better change that. There are several options for them in Richmond and Vancouver, but Top Shanghai is in my top 3. The XLB's are made fresh upon order, have thin skins, good folds, tender melt-in-your mouth meat, and lots of porky soup broth (the key to a superb XLB). They're not known for service (it's get in and get out), but almost everything has a picture so it makes ordering less intimidating.
