Franco Stalteri is the cofounder of “Charlie’s Burgers”, which started as a series of private dining events featuring high profile chefs and was ranked by Food & Wine Magazine as number 3 on its list of “100 Best New Food and Drink Experiences in the World”. Charlie’s burgers also serves as Canada’s premier monthly wine delivery service, providing wines from producers around the world. Franco and his partner were also instrumental in bringing the Michelin Guide to Toronto and Canada, having started the Michelin Guide project for the city of Toronto in 2017.
