Colin M. Caplan is a pizza guru & a New Haven native, running pizza tours, classes & festivals through Taste of New Haven, authored the book "Pizza in New Haven", produced the documentary "Pizza, a love story" and produces other pizza related series. He was educated at Tulane University School of Architecture in New Orleans, practices architecture and is also a historian, genealogist, author and educator. Caplan runs tour companies in Connecticut and Florida and he is the author of The Pizza Bill making pizza the official State Food of Connecticut!
