Abu Ghosh, an Arabian town a few miles west of Jerusalem off Highway 1, is famous for its many hummus places. One of the best restaurant in Abu Ghosh is Naji, nested on the same place for more than 20 years. Naji is famous mainly for its kebab, and CNN ranked it No. 3 among the world’s best kebobs. What is so special about its kebab? Fresh veal and lamb is mixed with onion, parsley, pepper, salt and a little “secret” ingredient that no one is telling.
