The Crab Ghee Roast is a specialty of Mahesh Lunch Home. They serve large beautiful crabs, marinated in a paste of curd, pepper, turmeric powder and salt with a dash of lemon, roasted to perfection. The masala compliments the tender, white flesh, well which seeps in through the cracked shells of the crab. It goes best with neer dosas.
