You can’t pick a wrong dish at this gorgeous Manchurian restaurant, but these shrimp are particularly stunning. The meat remains exceptionally juicy while the impossibly light shells are honey-sweet and caramelized to a perfect crisp. Suck on the outside before peeling away the shell or simply devour the whole thing outside and all.
