Biryani is a dish with origins in Persia, but it’s quite popular in Thailand. Thai style biryani includes yellow rice cooked in a blend of spices, paired with a choice of meat, usually chicken, beef, or goat. Khao Soi Islam serves an incredible plate of Thai biryani, and if you can get the goat version before it runs out, try it. If not, the beef and chicken are also excellent.
