The combination of som tam (green papaya salad) and gai yang (grilled chicken), is likely one of the most popular duo of dishes in Thailand. SP Chicken is a little Chiang Mai gem that serves incredibly tasty grilled chicken (almost more rotisserie style), and a selection of spicy green papaya salads. The grilled chickens are small, but they are stuffed with roasted chopped garlic absolutely packed with flavor. The two contrasting sauces are also wonderful.
