Right next to Khao Kha Moo Chang Phueak, is a street food stall known as Suki Koka that serves Thai-style suki. You can either order haeng (dry) or nam (soup), and the basic mix includes either pork or a mixture of seafood with napa cabbage, glass noodles, and an egg. I like the dry version, which is fried up in a wok and served with a tangy dipping sauce that’s studded with sesame oil.
