Karim Hotel serves some heavenly Tandoori Burra which are simply finger licking. The excellent, spiced mutton seekh kebabs are grilled over charcoal in front of the restaurant to make these true delights. The meat is marinated, skewered, roasted, and charred in the tandoor, yielding tender, spicy, smoky meat. They are best paired with pillowy tandoori rotis.
