Visit to the Britto’s is a regulation of sorts when in Goa. The courteous owner, the groovy music, the sun and the sea makes a heady mixture for what Goa is all about – fun and frolic. The chilly beef is not the best that we encountered, but certainly worth a try when you are in this side of town.
