The Gyu Tan Don scene in Jakarta is growing like crazy but so far, my personal favorite falls on Cranky Crab’s. The ox tongue’s cooked at a decent temperature leaving ultra tender and juicy, not to mention having that extra smokey flavour. An omelette is the perfect pair. I personally like the more moist type of Gyu Tan Don instead of the dry one (like Menya in Melbourne).
