The owner is of Chinese origin who currently lives in Jakarta and is a Muslim, he brings the original recipe and creates his own signature dishes. One of their best sellers and well known dishes is their noodle soup, the noodles are homemade and all made by hand, that’s why the texture and the width are not the same (but that’s the quality of it), the broth has this medium consistency but overall pretty tasty and spicy.
