Chicken Karahi or kadai chicken is a traditional Pakistani dish, very well known in the northern parts of India as well. A favourite of the Mughals the dish comprises of a thick tomato and onion gravy brought alive with exotic spices. Big pieces of chicken are cooked very slowly in this gravy.
