Locavore is a Filipino Restaurant and Bar that proudly uses mostly organic ingredients grown locally in the Philippines. The name of the restaurant pertains to "One who eats goods grown locally whenever possible." We loved this Lechon & Oyster Sisig creation. Fresh oysters with lechon bits, topped with chicken liver mayonnaise, then mixed with chili and kalamansi. Chef Mikel Zaguirre leveraged his experience as former head chef of La Regalade to bring out the flavor of each ingredient in a Filipino dish and present it in a colorful way.
