A ‘Modern French Eatery’ by Paul Pairet and Shanghai’s original late night fine-dining spot. Classy yet relaxed, the music is good and views superb. Interior needs a facelift, but Pairet’s legendary Meunière Truffle Bread keeps them coming back.
