De Kas in Dutch literally means “The Greenhouse” – and that’s exactly what this restaurant is. All the vegetables, fruits and herbs used in the dishes come from either the greenhouse itself, the surrounding gardens, or nearby farms. Unsurprisingly, the menu is heavily vege-focused and is extremely seasonal. It’s not cheap, but it’s incredibly fresh and great for those watching their food miles.
