At Embat, the menu is simpler and cheaper for lunch, and gets more complex and elaborated (but not at all that expensive) for dinner. Since using seasonal ingredients is a must to keep the costs affordable, their recipes rotate a lot depending on what they find in the market or what their trusted farmers bring them from their patches.
