This lovely regional bakery was founded by a family of Cologne bakers in 1896. Inside, along with fresh breads, pastries and cakes, hundreds of these pretzel-like miracles laced with chocolate and covered in sliced almonds fill case after case, and racks of them hang from the ceiling.
