This is a very popular dish in Germany: fine grilled pork shoulder, crunchy pork knuckle, spare ribs, salted ribs, grilled pork belly and tasty lip smacking sausages which comes with sauerkraut and home-fried potatoes. These are best served when cut bite-sized and accompanied with pickles, pepper and mustard.
