This steakhouse on Byre Road in Glasgow’s West End, set on an old milking ground with exposed brick walls and bull's head sculpture, is the perfect venue for Scottish reared produce. Moist, tender, juicy and absolutely delicious, the chateaubriand for two arrives medium-rare, still pink and tender, and the roasted cherry vine tomatoes are lovely.
