This Swedish bakery tucked below Hoxton Overground station is the first branch of the artisan bakery chain to open outside Stockholm. Inside, the on-site bakery turns out hundreds of freshly made Swedish kanelbulle every day. These cinnamon rolls are made using cardamom-infused dough to create a golden-brown crust on the outside and a moist center, where the flaky layers separate from each other and melt in your mouth with a satisfying cinnamon, butter, sugary taste.
