Husband and wife chefs Samuel and Samantha Clark operate this North African-Spanish hotspot known for its award-winning Moorish cuisine in the heart of the outdoor Exmouth Market. Customers can sit inside, perched on a stool at the bar or at a table, or outside, and order from the tapas menu or the grill, or both. Menu highlights such innovative tapas as gorgeous tarama, slow-roasted pork and walnut sauce, chicken stuffed with garlic and coriander and butterflied mackerel sprinkled with paprika. All accompanied by freshly made sourdough bread and rosewater-scented ices.
