This is probably one of the most traditional dishes in South Spain. Similar to gazpacho but thicker and a few different ingredients. Fresh vegetables like tomatoes, garlic, onion, cucumber, green pepper, sherry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil that go directly to the blender.
