It's their "world famous" dish and I can see why. Locals and tourists come just for this. A thin egg crepe wraps itself around creamy tender potatoes smothered in caramelized onions. The sweet and savoury onion jus mixed with the runny egg yolk coats your mouth with richness and umami.
