Hey Little Cupcake's cakes have been well thought through to ensure they're not overly sweet and that all the flavors balance. Their sponges are light and airy, with a good amount (but not too much) topping. The best is the lemon-cello, with its perfumed fragrance and citrus notes toning down any sweetness.
