Pizza Dell' Alleanza

Pizza master Ciro Salvo makes "farm-to-table" pizza with his high quality carefully selected ingredients. The Pizza Dell' Alleanza is his award winning pizza, but it does't say on the menu. It's a white pizza with fior di latte from Agerola, Caserta black pork lard, auburn onions from Montoro, Conciato Romano cheese hsavings, and Don Alfonso 1890 extra vigin olive oil. Salvo is the third generation of pizza makers in his family and he also lectures for the Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) academy. Add to your order the Fried Buccantini Pasta and you can't go wrong with his classic Margherita Pizza. In a city saturated with world renowned Neapolitan pizza, this has set a new bar for it.
