Nestled in a small, 15th-century hamlet, the winery of Castello di Ama is a magical place. Leaders among Chianti wineries, husband and wife Lorenza Sebasti and Marco Pallanti opened a restaurant on the property with their family cook as the chef. The couple commissioned leading contemporary artists in the world to create works that would complement their estate, and today, visitors can enjoy a fabulous meal with some of Tuscany’s best wine, then tour the estate’s growing art collection.
