Off from a dirt square runs a dead end alley, which leads into a Riad of dining theatre. Fez bearing servers and musicians are everywhere as you wander up and around this maze of Moroccan madness. The fixed menu with Moroccan wine choices of "White, Rose or Red” is fine but save room for dessert. The "Pastilla au lait et aux amandes" of cracker thin wafers drenched in sweet milk is stunning.
