Marius is a little off the beaten track, but definitely worth the journey to get there. The head chef, Kees, visits the markets each day – which is why the restaurant only offers a daily-changing four-course “Market Menu” of whatever’s freshly available. Marius walks a fine line between reassuringly expensive and refreshingly unpretentious – but dinner there is every bit worth the €47.50 menu price.
