Situated right beside a petrol station, you would be forgiven for thinking twice but don’t let that put you off! The food here is a perfect example of all that’s best on Costa de la Luz. From a simple tomato & onion salad to Rabo de Toro (oxtail) and all the typical fish and seafood of the area – calamares fritos, pescado a la Sal (fish baked in salt), Almejas (clams, probably cooked with Fino sherry) . For the meat eaters, all the great cuts of Iberian pork (cerdo Iberico) such as presa, secreto, carrillda & solomillo. Drink Sherry with everything because you are after all in the capital of the Sherry production.
