When they say “barbecue”, they really mean BARBECUE! The chicken tasted like it was coated with lemon grass and chili pepper-based marinade, which complemented it quite nicely, and was a refreshing alternative to the ever-familiar Japanese Teriyaki and Korean BBQ styles. Very moist and tender as well.
