Khao man gai is a simple yet satisfying dish of chicken with rice. The rice is cooked in the fatty chicken broth so it has a lovely chicken fragrance to it, and a plate of boiled chicken accompanies it, and a sauce made from fermented soybeans. Also, Khao Man Gai goes great with the fresh pounded chilies and ginger provided. Kiat Ocha also serves a very good version of Thai pork satay, which you shouldn’t miss.
