What started as a backyard barbecue grew into a thriving catering business for identical twins Jonathan and Justin Fox. To accommodate their burgeoning business, they opened their brick-and-mortar restaurant, Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, on DeKalb Avenue in 2007. Since then, their Atlanta eatery with bar and patio has become a staple of Southern cuisine. The brisket, smoked on site with hickory wood, is sold sliced or chopped in a sandwich or on a platter with such iconic sides as jalapeno cornbread with honey butter, fresh fried okra and Frito pie.
